1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pkpkok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who registers an account, accesses content, deposits funds, places a wager, or otherwise interacts with the pkpkok website at https://pkpkok.net and any associated mobile-optimised versions of that site.

By completing the pkpkok registration process — including ticking the acceptance checkbox during sign-up — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their current version. The same confirmation applies each time you log in to your pkpkok account after these Terms have been updated.

pkpkok reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, pkpkok will provide advance notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent site-wide notification. Your continued use of the platform following the notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Language of agreement: These Terms are published in English and the English version is the authoritative version for all purposes. pkpkok is an English-language platform targeting the Bangladesh market. All player-facing communications, bonus terms, and support interactions are conducted in English.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

pkpkok is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any betting, casino, or gaming activity on the platform. pkpkok enforces age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account permanently closed and all funds — including any pending winnings — will be forfeited without compensation. pkpkok may report underage gambling to the relevant authorities where required.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active pkpkok account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pkpkok uses a combination of device fingerprinting, payment method analysis, and IP address monitoring to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any balances across those accounts may be confiscated at pkpkok's discretion.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and throughout the lifetime of your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, withholding of withdrawals, and permanent closure of your account.

2.4 KYC Verification

pkpkok reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time, and this right is unconditional. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed for the first time and may be requested again following significant account activity. Accepted documents for KYC verification include:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport
• Bangladesh driving licence
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 90 days) as proof of address

Documents must be submitted as clear, unedited digital copies. pkpkok may reject documents that appear tampered with or illegible. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pkpkok support will result in your account being placed on withdrawal hold until verification is completed.

2.5 Residency

pkpkok's primary service is directed at players residing in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the pkpkok platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. pkpkok makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in jurisdictions outside its primary service area. Players accessing the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Currency

All transactions on pkpkok are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol. pkpkok does not charge currency conversion fees. There are no foreign exchange costs associated with deposits or withdrawals made in BDT through supported Bangladeshi payment channels.

3.2 Deposit Methods

pkpkok supports the following deposit methods for players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — real-time balance credit; minimum deposit ৳200
• Nagad — real-time balance credit; minimum deposit ৳200
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — credited within 60 seconds; minimum deposit ৳200
• Upay — credited within 60 seconds; minimum deposit ৳200
• Visa / Mastercard — credited within standard card processing time; minimum deposit ৳500
• Bank Transfer — BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank; credited within 1–3 BST business hours; minimum ৳1,000

Deposit limits may be adjusted by pkpkok at any time for operational, compliance, or responsible gaming reasons. Players who have enabled deposit limit controls on their own accounts will not be able to exceed those self-imposed limits regardless of the channel used.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from your pkpkok account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, except where pkpkok support expressly approves an alternative.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts under normal circumstances, though pkpkok reserves the right to apply staged payment schedules for unusually large withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during BST business hours (9:00–22:00 BST, Sunday–Thursday).
• Withdrawals requested outside BST business hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next business day.
• pkpkok does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own standard transaction charges.

3.4 Unspent Bonus Funds

Where a withdrawal is requested while a bonus balance is active on your account, pkpkok reserves the right to void the bonus portion of your balance before processing the withdrawal of real-money funds. Wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 General Bonus Conditions

pkpkok offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus amounts credited to your pkpkok account are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus (and in some cases, the associated deposit) must be bet before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly at the time the offer is presented. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account automatically.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

pkpkok actively monitors bonus activity across all accounts. The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Placing low-risk or mathematically balanced bets across outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk ("bonus whoring")
• Colluding with other players to systematically exploit bonus structures
• Using automated software to complete wagering requirements

4.4 Eligibility

pkpkok reserves the right to restrict eligibility for specific bonuses to particular player segments, geographic locations within Bangladesh, or accounts that meet defined activity criteria. A bonus offer displayed to one player does not guarantee availability to all players. pkpkok's determination of bonus eligibility is final.

5. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By holding a pkpkok account, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal recreational purposes. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Providing false identity information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using the platform while under 18 years of age
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with markets available on pkpkok
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access the platform, or interact with any game
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Conducting any form of money laundering through deposits, withdrawals, or transfers on the pkpkok platform
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to operate your account
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing pkpkok support staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to access or tamper with the pkpkok platform's backend systems, databases, or security infrastructure

pkpkok reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance freezing, and permanent closure — upon reasonable suspicion of any prohibited conduct. Where criminal activity is suspected, pkpkok will cooperate fully with relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

6. Account Suspension & Closure

6.1 Suspension by pkpkok

pkpkok may suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period; detection of duplicate accounts; or any other reason pkpkok deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

During a suspension period, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals. pkpkok will endeavour to notify you of the suspension via your registered email address and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision on account closure is made, except where an immediate response is required to prevent ongoing harm.

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You have the right to close your pkpkok account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, pkpkok will process any remaining withdrawable real-money balance to your verified payment method within 5 BST business days, subject to all KYC requirements being met. Bonus balances that have not satisfied their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

6.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion via their account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from a minimum of 24 hours to indefinite exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, pkpkok will take reasonable technical steps to prevent login and will suppress all promotional communications to the excluded account. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. Players who self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should be aware that reversing a self-exclusion before the specified end date requires a cooling-off period and a formal request to support.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

7.1 Platform Availability

pkpkok endeavours to maintain continuous availability of its platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, network issues, or circumstances beyond pkpkok's reasonable control including natural disasters, civil unrest, power outages, or disruptions to Bangladesh's telecommunications infrastructure. pkpkok will not be liable for any losses — including lost betting opportunities or game winnings — resulting from planned or unplanned platform downtime.

7.2 Betting Decisions

All betting and gaming decisions made on pkpkok are made by the player at their own discretion and risk. pkpkok provides markets, odds, and game products as tools for recreational wagering — nothing on the pkpkok platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of return. pkpkok is not liable for any financial losses, regardless of their scale, arising from a player's use of the platform.

7.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Casino games on pkpkok are supplied by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers operate their own RNG-certified game servers. pkpkok is not responsible for technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, or errors originating within a third-party game provider's infrastructure. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure on the provider's side, pkpkok will follow the relevant provider's standard recovery procedure, which typically involves returning stakes to the player's balance.

7.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkpkok's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Amendments & Governing Law

8.1 Amendments

pkpkok reserves the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this document. For material changes, pkpkok will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered players via their registered email address before the new Terms take effect. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary such that the remaining provisions of these Terms continue in full force and effect.

8.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the pkpkok Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pkpkok with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to your use of the platform.
